A host of stallholders will be involved to get you excited about upcycling and sustainability.
The Eco Market will launch a recycled sculpture commissioned by Molonglo Conservation Group as park of a Molonglo River clean up activity.
Two local Canberra artists constructed a sculpture and will be there to talk to the community about the process of the artwork.
This event will highlight our future in a more sustainable environment.
The market is an opportunity for the local community to recycle surplus household goods and learn more about how we can reduce our carbon footprint in the environment. – Interested in being a stallholder? Email mingle@act.gov.au to secure your place.
Resident stalls of fashion and household goods for sale, along with a few stalls related to environmentally friendly initiatives, will make for an awesome market.
